The Fr. Badin Legacy Society was established in 2000 to recognize alumni, parents and friends who have remembered Badin High School in their wills and estate plans through a future planned gift (bequest, gifts of life insurance, retirement plan assets, charitable trusts, charitable gift annuities, real estate, securities or other assets) as well as donor advised funds held at public foundations.
Currently, Badin holds a number of endowment funds as a result of generous planned gifts. These funds provide for much needed tuition assistance each year for Badin students, as well as unrestricted funds for Badin’s greatest need.
There can be a number of tax advantages to making a planned gift, in addition to the benefit of knowing your legacy of support for Badin and Catholic education continues after your life.
