As a Catholic school and a member of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur Learning Community, Stephen T. Badin High School is committed to the Hallmarks established by the Sisters. The fifth Hallmark states - We embrace the gift of diversity. Badin has a strong commitment to expanding our diversity as we recognize that all our students are children of God and the diversity of our student body enhances our school and our community. We believe any student who wants a Catholic education at Badin, regardless of race or ethnicity, should have that opportunity and know they are a valued member of our school.
- Brian Pendergest,
President of Stephen T Badin High School
DIG is our club about DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, and GROWTH. Our goal is to create a safe space to talk about issues of diversity, to bring people together, and to make Badin a better place for all minorities. Join us to dig a little deeper, to raise awareness, and to build community!
UNIDOS is our Latino student club focused on providing students of Latino descent with a space where they can share their unique and diverse cultures within our community. Our goal is to provide a safe space for Latino students to bring their whole self to Badin. We work closely with DIG to further our shared mission of making Badin a welcoming and inclusive place for all students.
Our Voice - Our Voice seeks to create a safe space within our school community where African American students can unite with allies and promote equality in Badin High School, encouraging Black Excellence and assemblage.
